A finales de Octubre de 2013, por decisión propia, dejó de operar esta empresa, que cubría la línea comunal 503 de Luján. Había iniciado su actividad en Julio de 2002, con un parque compuesto en un 99% de MB LO 1114, que lentamente fue reemplazando. Hacia Abril de 2007 se produce la primera tanda de renovación de vehículos con el ingreso de 4 MB OF 1215 Bus Tango ex Linea 216. Y ya para 2011 ingresan coches sobre el chasis OF 1417. Apoyada técnicamente por Atlántida, por problemas para poder tramitar el subsidio la empresa decidió abandonar el servicio de la linea comunal, no dejando ninguna deuda en el camino.
